Cook better was developed as the unifying brand concept behind Combekk’s transformation and growth. This repositioned the brand from a narrow, male-oriented image into an inclusive proposition for a broad, international audience. The concept became the strategic umbrella for product development, marketing, sales, and communication, supported by the consistent brand statement: “Combekk, the sustainable cookware brand.”


Through this clear positioning, Combekk evolved from a brand primarily known for its 100% recycled Dutch Ovens into a globally relevant cookware brand with a distinct identity, coherent product portfolio, and a scalable vision for international growth.

Branding & Product development

I coordinated product development that was aligned with the brand vision and concept. Combekk evolved from a Dutch Oven brand into a global cookware brand with multiple collections, structured around three clear categories: cast iron, frying pans, and accessories. Across all categories, products were developed that consistently reflected the brand’s positioning, sustainability principles, and performance standards. Packaging was updated from black, to clear packaging with lighter colours and clear communication.

Branding & International Sales

Sales was an integral part of the rebranding and product development process. Without sales, there is no brand. Throughout the rebranding, clear customer segments remained the starting point, while resources were deployed in an agile and focused way.


This integrated approach resulted in exponential global growth, with international sales expansion structured and guided alongside the development of the brand and product portfolio.


I was responsible for driving exponential growth across international markets, including Asia (Japan), North America (Canada), and key European regions such as Scandinavia.
